Easter eggs
Heya!
I'm sure some of you may know all of these hidden things and features. I do have owner's manual but it's not really bedtime material. I recently discovered that if you turn engine off but with the lights on and then turn them off they stay on for a few seconds as courtesy lights. I also tried the whole windows down and use the lock 'feature'. If you leave windows down and use the key to lock and keep the key turned and windows will go up. I've not tried the opposite, open with the key and keep it turned to see if windows do come down. The guy I bought my ZT from didn't know that the steering wheel could be adjusted by height and depth. Problem is when I exit the car and lean on the steering wheel it does come down. Any other easter eggs to share? Last edited by jordimussol; 19th December 2017 at 13:42.. |

I believe these and others are customisable features activated by a T4

Some features via T4 https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/s...04&postcount=2
Diagnostic mode https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/s...ad.php?t=55585 ATC diagnostics https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/for...hread.php?t=46 If you squeeze the glovebox hinges together, the lid drops flat. Loads more, check the "How To" section Last edited by suzublu; 19th December 2017 at 14:48.. |

If you remove the cover from under the steering wheel you'll see a pinch bolt. Tighten it a bit and the wheel will hold its position.

When it rains, a plastic duck appears in the wheel well.

The manual does say some things are programmable. Such as when you unlock if you want only driver's door or all doors to be unlocked. Or number of splashes on windscreen until the headlamps splash too. Those I read on the manual. Though I don't have a T4 and no one around me does. |

Do you know that if you leave the indicator either up or down when you exit the car that one side lights up, handy feature at night.

Beat me to it - parking light - whichever side you want Handy when parking less than optimally for a short while at night.

if you use the key to bring the windows down is there a risk the alarm could go off?
not sure if this is when the car has already been locked or if brining them down and locking. macafee2 |
