Nexen Tyres
I am looking for a set of tyres for my 11 Spokes, and have been looking at tyre reviews on this tyre, and they seem to get a good overall review
http://www.camskill.co.uk/m61b0s557p..._Noise%3A_72dB Good price, and plan to use them only in the summer Has anybody got these and what are your opinions Stu |

Don't know about that particular model, but I've had a set of N6000s in that size for the last 15k miles, and they're a lot better than the no-name ditchfinders the car came with along with being reasonably quiet and sticking to the road well enough - they're better than most tyres I've ever had on a 75.

I've run a set of the N8000's on the ZT-T190. http://www.camskill.co.uk/m61b0s557p..._Noise%3A_74dB
I currently have a set of Goodyear F1 As2's. The Nexen's were comparable performance IMO, and half the price. Can't comment on how long they last mileage wise in comparison, but personally I think the N8000 are superb value for money. They are 90p dearer per tyre though. |

Tyres
Thanks to all, currently have a set of Nexex N8000 on the Apex ZTT and a set of Avon ZZ5 on the ZT Straights, and my spare wheels (Hairpins) have a set of Maxxis
So as mentioned wont have these on all the time, as I constantly am changing wheels on the cars, and appreciate feedback Stu Last edited by Fusilier; 22nd December 2016 at 14:23.. |

I love Nexens.......the best of the mid range in my book.
I used to work for Stapletons and Nexens were the ONLY tyre that we never got returned because of manufacturing faults. Even the higher end tyres were all returned for faults. I have a set of N8000s ready to fit to my wheels very soon. |

http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...postcount=4586 Can't comment on mileage as I don't really do any, but, I find them to be a very capable tyre and I have had no issues with them. |

All I have ever used are continentals, love them and swore by them until the current ones on the car, and it seems to be the fronts, started to climb the white lines and following ruts etc and very occasionally feels twitchy.
There's nowt wrong with the suspension or any of its components so I may give these a try very soon. |
