Very, very sad news indeed.
Like others have said, you will be missed Bob. Your witty posts and comments were always a pleasure to read and have caused a giggle or two on many occasions.......innit. Thoughts and condolences go out to family and friends at this sad time. RIP Bob (JamesUK)

R.I.P BOB (James UK),
I am so sad Mike to hear of Bob's passing. My condolences to you and the rest of your family. It is very ironic, but I lost another dear friend yesterday at 11.30am, also named 'Bob'. Heaven gained two very special people yesterday, but they are now both safe and without pain. Sleep soundly the two of you, and Bob (James.UK), the other Bob was a Jag man so convert him, innit. trimani (ALF) |

Spookily my phone just rang and the screen said James UK !
I almost knew it would be his partner Jean and it was. She is being helped by Reebs (I assume) to allow her access this forum as she didn't have the password. Happily I found out Bob was still active and driving his 75 till 2 days before his stroke so that's a real blessing to know. Thanks for the call Jean & hope you see all these messages soon xx

I'm saddened to read this news. I'd never met Bob but enjoyed reading his contributions here. I hadn't posted here previously as the nature of his condition felt a bit too close to home, but was following the thread in the hope of eventually reading good news. My sincere condolences to all his family and many friends.

Sincere condolences to Jean and Mike, and remembering the good times you shared will help you through the dark times. RIP Bob, and no wheelspinning past the pearly gates...innit !! Brian |
