Default Please excuse a moment of reflection on my part..

Tonight marks the exact 10th year since the death of our son, Stefan. He was 28.
The reason that I am posting this is because we are a long way from home, in central Spain, and not able to be with any old friends.
We are, however, tonight staying in a 15th century castle with a really peaceful atmosphere and I realised during a period of quiet contemplation, that I can be with the friends that I have made on here, both real and virtual.
I'm not looking for any sympathy but perhaps just spare a thought tonight...

you in my opinion have been through the hardest and worst thing any parent could go through and hope i never have to. just spent 10 minutes trying to think of something profound to say but what can any one say, raise a glass and have a peaceful night and all our thoughts are with you.
