Thanks Tom. I like to keep everything in one place so that its easier to catalogue everything I've done with the car.

She's getting there but still LOTS of stuff to do. I'll set it out in the order it'll probably be done in:

1. Orange night lighting LEDs fitted in interior door handles.
2. 2x new front wheel bearings (starting to get a tiny bit noisy)
3. 2x rear tyres
4. Hunter 4 wheel alignment
5. FBH strip and clean
6. Fit leather interior

I'm hoping to machine polish the doors, wings and rear quarters tomorrow. I'll get some sealant and wax on the car then too. All of the above is keeping in mind that the clutch, slave and master cylinders and the flywheel will probably need replaced at some stage too. There's no hint of slip or judder at the moment even on the 160bhp remap but its one of those things that all R75 owners should budget for.

Rosie continues to perform well and has had her road tax renewed today, another bill taken care of until next year. I'm working flat out again at the moment so I don't have a great deal of time to spend on her. I'm on leave for a month at the end of August so I've compiled a list of jobs I'm going to complete in September that should see her mechanically better than new and knocking out at least 160bhp whilst still returning fuel economy on the happy side of 50 mpg:

2x front wheel bearings: £52
2x front lower suspension arm rear bushes: £40
Decat Pipe: £33
EGR Bypass: £30
Track Rod Ends x2: £27
2x Rear Tyres
Hunter 4 wheel alignment: £100

Until then, she'll be plying her trade between North Yorkshire and Edinburgh. If anybody is planning a trip to the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, PM me and I'll get you a mention on the PA system during the introductory address.

Small update today. I've bought an early Conn SE donor car which will give its interior to Rosie and have her looking a million dollars.

Keep an eye out on the classifieds for a VERY cheap 2.5 V6 Auto Club SE soon.

What's wrong with the auto? I could consider it. I always wanted a KV6.

I'm not sure as I haven't physically seen it yet. It'll need about £200 spending to get it through its MOT but the belts and inlet manifold have been done, both very good selling points. I'll be looking for about £300 for it once it has the cloth interior from my CDT fitted, so it'll be very cheap and high quality motoring for somebody.

£200 to get through an MOT? Any idea as to why this much?

It'll need 2 upper suspension arms as the current ones are apparently corroded. In any event, I'll discuss it fully on a for sale thread once I've seen the car, done the work to replace my own interior and the V6 is ready for sale.

Can you drop me a PM with the details of it? Mileage, colour and age?

The "donor car" ready for surgery.

Do I keep the unions, or switch to crowns?

To be honest the donor car looks superb!

I do like the crowns on a 75, they look more majestic I think.
