I gave the car a good clean today after finishing work. I did cheat though by taking it to the local jet wash. I'm all fairness the Morrison's jet wash is superb.
Can't wait to get my car covered in cow muck again tomorrow grrrr. It's like ground hog day this time of the year trying to keep my car clean.

Today . . . I cleaned the manky engine soundproofing. I used some left over Hood Cleaner from my TF.
Essentially the soundproofing is a fabric like material so i imagine any fabric cleaner, carpet cleaner of upholstery cleaner would do the job. I use a bit of sponge to do the cleaning. Left side cleaned, manky side on the right. Also the soundproofing on the firewall. See the top section, left side clean, manky side on the right. Then i unblocked the drain holes on the scuttle panel because the water wasn't draining away.
