Good morning David
To clarify a little bit
I am booking the Eurotunnel and the hotel on behalf of those taking part in this little trip in order to gain everyone a discount.
All other costs including insurances/food/fuel etc etc are the responsibility of the individual traveller to arrange and pay for.
I'm not a travel agent just an individual trying to help some mates have an enjoyable weekend together😀😁😁
That said I believe that entrance to the classic park for the best of British show is free to exhibitors.
Cheers Ian

As far as entry is concerned, there was a fee the last time I went 2 years ago. If I recall 10 euros or 5 euros for tickets purchased through a club registered as taking part? Included free entry to the museum and showroom part. Something like that. Web site says you can click the date to find out, but the date is still showing as provisional, strangely, even though dates around the 22nd are fixed. Assume you know, Ian, but according to the web-site in Dutch it says that these are the contacts: "[email protected] or ring +31 (0)411 60 5000 and ask for the Festival Manager"

Thanks for the information David
You may indeed be correct about the entrance fee.
I have spoken to the manager (Olaf) but not for a couple of months.
When we get final numbers (closes next Thursday 31st) I will start putting things together in finer detail.
Did you have a car on display or just visit as a spectator?
Cheers Ian

Cheers Ian. The reason I asked was because I didn’t know if we would be classed as visitors, or joining in the showing of cars, because I think you said that we have a chance of getting our own stand. Mine quite honestly would not come under the ‘show car’ status. I realise that we are lucky to have yourself to thank for organising this trip. I know that the logistics have to mesh in very sweetly to make things go well, which I think they are doing. I have been on the classic site and it states that, I think, if you pay € 29.95you have access for 15 shows. We obviously don’t need that . Entry to the museum at the moment is free because of renovations taking place..
