When you get time replace the hose with a new one, it as most likely seen better days by now, also fit new Viton O-rings at the same time you will then have no worry of it happing again in the near future. You may well ned the two part intercooler hose, if so you can always purchase the single hose and cut this to fit, saving yourself about £25 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171934579728 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/131604439425 You could also contact Jules on here i am sure he would be able to supply you with one of his.

Hi Arctic.
I have a new MAF to fit, so that's next along with a new air filter, then the decision whether to delete the EGR! I cleaned it last weekend and noticed the manifold internals were plastered 😳. Right now, the boost hose is fine so I'll take your advice in a few weeks. Funny, I didn't notice O rings at the lower end of the hose - perhaps they went walkies when the hose came adrift 🤔. Anyway, all's well thanks to you guys 😄. Phil.
