I'm really sorry to hear that you're having problems again Andrew . I do hope that the dry noise and loss of compression is not the timing chain breaking . I once recovered a vauxhall 2.2 to the dealer with the above fault and they just ordered an engine after hearing it crank over but it was still under warranty. I'm keeping my fingers crossed mate.
