Default Erisin & Torque Pro can't be paired

Regarding Torque Pro is anybody able to connect Erisin to it?
In my 75 it seems that my ELM327 plugged in OBD2 and easy to connect with my smartphone, cannot even be detected by Erisin!
Any clue?
Thanks a lot.

I gave up on the OBDII from Erisin and used one I had laying about. Go to the BT (Phone?) app and see if it has ever connected. If so, remove it and try to connect it again. If not? Open your dumpster and gracefully place the OBDII dongle in there.

Thank you for your answer Jan.
May I assume that your Erisin cannot connect with OBD2?

At the moment I've got an ELM327 which isn't that new but connects with my Android phone (LG Velvet) with Android 12.
Hence I've just ordered the Erisin dongle! (Mmmmhhh 5€ only postage included!)
However the mystery is a total puzzler because I've downloaded several apps other than Torque on Erisin and none of them are detecting my ELM327 which nonetheless works fine with the phone!

Another disappointing issue: it's of no use to connect the phone to Erisin via USB because Android Auto isn't of great help.
At least the phone works fine and I can use it hands free (in my circular menu which is an amazing marvel working from the steering wheel, I let the phone appear on the screen thanks to the 'Bluetooth' label) and I've downloaded all my contacts on the Erisin in a few seconds: great!
But other than that...
It would have been nice to see my phone screen on Erisin but no way: I've read that both devices need Android 12 to be screen compliant.
Unfortunately Erisin has Android 10 only...
Anyway I don't give up... at the moment. I would love to find out the trick...

It does connect with one of the dongles I had lying around. Maybe you get lucky with the Erisin dongle. Could be a new version.

I don't have a need for Carplay. Haven't tried it so can´t help you there

So far it recognizes none of my two dongles but stubbornly display "dummy" that is nothing.

Would you find the precise references of your working dongle just in case?

Can I ask what is the procedure you are using to connect your ELM327 to Erisin?

I'm trying to use Torque Pro and neither Torque Pro nor any of the three I've tried to use are able to be paired with my ELM327.
I've tried another one (the one which is in the 25) with same result.
Nevertheless my Android phone and its predecessor are able to connect since 5 years!

Can you not try to use Torque Pro to connect to ELM327, but plain Bluetooth feature from Erisin?
Plug ELM327 into OBD port power up everything (be sure ELM327 is powered up) and open Bluetooth app from Erisin. Not Torque Pro.
Do you see OBD II among Bluetooth devices which you see by Bluetooth of Erisin but it is not paired?

Not ELM327 you should see OBDII as bluetooth device among devices which are around Erisin and you should wait for a while for it to show up on the list?

EDIT: Also, be sure that you do not have your mobile phone with you with enabled Bluetooth on the phone as most probably your ELM327 connects to your phone, and Erisin cannot see it anymore.

EDIT 2: Bluetooth connection enables only one device to be connected to Erisin. That means either you can connect your phone to Erisin or your ELM327 to Erisin, but not both in the same time.
