Fuel gauge all over the place
Often ok frequently reads zero
This morning was zero, then up and down then settles on zero again. Any clues where to start. Cheers C

Yeah, others have had the same fault and it's always a diesel. A member who investigated fully found that the wire-wound rheostat forming the sender unit suffers excessive wear over a limited span of its travel. He posted photographs but I can't remember who it was.
