I may well stand to be corrected on this but...

It may be reasonable if you are a full T4 owner to have an unrestricted one, it just makes it a whole lot more mobile and easier for meets etc if you are not carting around a docking station and long heavy cables...

again this is just a notion and needs to be ye or nay'd by Phil.

True dat
It's less so useful for owners, like myself, of a T4-Lite, which is already quite mobile compared to the full T4 setup. Still, a bit more mobile though ;-)

Yes I agree but a little humour really doesn't hurt.
I'd think that Phil will need to take on an apprentice for the orders he is going to have for this wonderful bit of kit.

When you think of it if you own a 75 or ZT and you have an intermittent fault to have a VT4 can literally save you a fortune, to keep using a garage with a T4 will just be a money pit. Even adding extras or switching on lazy lock or lazy vent can cost you £60 at some garages.
For the Scottish members we have only two T4 traders so for many the garage option is the only way to go, VT4 has to be the sensible option for so many of us up here, for me to go to Lovel its 200 miles and about 85 miles to Doopydug.
The VT4 will also be a boon in mainland Europe, Down under and North America.

So well done Phil for offering this kit for members, I'm sure you'll be busy for some time.

I must admit to being interested myself.

I'm wondering if it can be run on an Apple laptop running Windows ?

Hi.
I'm sure T4 will run on Linux under Wine, as it will on 64 bit machines in Win 7 using VM, there must be an IOS XP emulator.

Jeff I run Windows XP using VM software on the MacBook Pro. In theory it should be possible.
