I understand. I can not specify the cause of the fault, I'm not a repair technician T4. That's why I want to send(airmail or any sort of transportation service) T4 for repairs to Phil-T4.

The parcel with my T4 which You sent me where it was lost.
Can't determine where it was lost, the post office requires the parcel number (tracking number) to locate the parcel without this number it is not found.
This number is issued at the post office when sending parcels.
