Default Interesting.

Hi Greeners,
I'll be very interested to see how you go with this. I would really like bluetooth for my phone. A long time since we did the Intravee!
Cheers

Go for it David, I've got three cars with Intravee and all need a Bluetooth solution for the highline, let us know how it goes

Interesting but this would be only for audio BT streaming, there's no phone support on this one...

No that's a downside, but hopefully not the end of the world

Also worth mentioning that this item is probably powered through a 5V supply line (ie every 30-pin Apple device since iPhone 3G) and not the original 12V supply line that the Alpine KCA-420 uses. So my guess is this BT device would not get power unless you use the 12V to 5V adapter : http://www.toysinyourcar.com/acatalo...tml#SID=76?a62
(scroll down the page a bit).

Well arrived today and does pretty much what it says on the tin. In the iPod dock it plugs straight in links up and streams and the quality is very good

Alas in the Intravee.....It doesn't work. Tried with and without the 30 pin adapter but noting

I'm going to have another try tomorrow and see if I can get it to work
