Buffer-stop for Tourer tailgate window - CZU000050

I've finally understood why my tailgate window is clapping on the tailgate metal frame on the right hand side when I close the tailgate. The rubber buffer-stop is missing on that side...these are fixed to the bottom of the glass on the inside with double-side tape.
Long shot as it's NLA, but if anyone has one or even a couple somewhere, would appreciate, or a suggestion as to what replacement to use (same depth, same width)
