On the 18th of December it will be 7 years since Denise had her transplant, back then she said it will be one day at a time and she was right. Stay positive and the millstones will soon be milestones.

An old coaching phrase springs to mind:

Inch by inch it's a cinch, yard by yard it's very hard.

Take it steady and you've got such a good 'un in Andy to help you along.
