To be sure, I had me Guinness on Monday night instead, one still in the fridge but I don’t drink midweek now. I had a spell a few years back where I found myself drinking every night just for the sake of it just because it was there. Only one bottle or can per night but once I became aware of it, how easy it would be to get into the habit of drinking every night, I decided to stop and just have a drink on Fri to Sun nights instead . Have done ever since and I don’t miss it at all.

Does Cider count? I absolutely love Guinness but it doesn't love me any more

St Patrick's day is supposed to be the day you plant your main crop seed taters, Frost is still about here so I'll wait til the end of the month.

Similar to myself, I only drink during the week if I'm on annual leave.
My reason though was weight loss, currently down 4 stone

Well done Simon quite an achievement. I only drink during the week if we are on holiday
