Hi guys, I am having the same issue with a pulsing/grinding brake pedal at low speed. No fault codes found and cannot view live data in toaf to check wheel sensor speeds. Does anyone have the testing kit mentioned on this thread handy for me to check out the sensors and are you willing to post out to me to borrow if I cover the postage cost please?

This is obviously catching...

Dads car makes a grain hing noise and the pedal pulses/vibrates when you come to a stop, literally the last few feet.

Exactly same as mine. No work has been done on brakes or hubs recently so nothing disturbed. Only occurs at low speed usually just as the car is stopping.

Hi Tom.
it would be easier for you to drop Jamie a PM and have a T4 session which should pinpoint the problem for you.

PS. I have add a reply from Bob (moderator) ( Originally Posted by FLYING BANANA View Post

So they are available if required you would have to contact Bob.

Tom my money is on the OS rear bearing, or the sensor, most of the time it's the bearing which as picked up rust from the back plate.

I hear you mate, I did think at first it would be the NS sensor as this was replaced last year with a cheap aftermarket and I know these cars don't like cheap wheel speed sensors. It's actually the OS sensor it's saying is at fault which still has the original Siemens fitted, managed to get live speeds in toaf and the OS kept dropping out on a drive. I do need to replace the handbrake shoes and discs so may just fit two new genuine sensors whilst I'm at it for the sake of a tenner each. Can also check for debris on the bearing rings and clean up backplates at same time!
