Default ZT-T Diesel Air con pipe

Folks
My air con problems continue.

Following advice from the forum, I have replaced the condenser. There was also the usual rub through on the pipe JUF000591 which I had repaired locally. Sadly this weld has not totally sealed it and after a re-gas it lasted about 1 month.

Does anyone have a second hand JUF000591 pipe? The new ones are just silly money

Thanks
Gary

Is this the one that rubs on the PAS pipe by the radiator?

If so I got mine off eBay for a tenner, there were a few on there then.

I fitted a second hand pipe and still kept getting loss of gas. Left it over the winter and have just had the air con man over who has told me that the replacement pipe also has a hole in it.

Does anyone have one of these diesel pipes JUK000591 from a car that was holding gas or a new one ? Do not want to pay the silly Xpart price

Hi Gary.
From where did you get the hose/pipe, will they not accept it back as faulty ?

Hi Gary.
I think this is the pipe you are referring too, attached to this diesel compressor, which i found in the back of the shed today when i was having a tidy up so i could make a test bed for the fans.
