Default Funny and Interesting things I have learned about 75 and zt owners on the site.. :)

Any talk of any other manufacturer / model of car will get instant disapproval.

A 200,000 mile 14 year old rover 75 is better than a £30,000 new car

A rover 75 is often mistaken for a £100,000 Bentley

The 75 is the most unreliable car ever.

The 75 is the most reliable car ever.

The 75 rusts

The 75 doesn't rust

Everyone driving a "euro box is stupid"

Most people have no idea an average brand new hatchback is over £20,000

Rover and Jag do not compete

The diesel will get 127 mpg

The v6 will get 126 mpg

The diesel gets 37 mpg

The v6 gets 21 mpg

The v8 is slow

The v8 is fast

You can't have an opinion on a v8 unless you own one.

Kieran writes pointless posts.

A 75 has a "magic carpet" ride

A 75 does not have a "magic carpet" ride.

Kieran, you forgot that we are all argumentative old farts, and we are always right, everyone of us, even the ones that are wrong.

These ones make me laugh.
The 75 is better than the ZT.
The ZT is better than the 75.

The 1.8 is better than the V6.
The V6 is better than the 1.8.

This is the best one...
The MOT tester 'SAID' I have the best condition 75/ZT he has ever seen.
I've even used that one...

No it's normally "the mot tester commented on just how good condition the car is" yeah of course he did as he failed it for brake pipes and a coil Spring
