Default MG ZT 190 ZCS Code

Hi all.
The weather is perfect, warm.
It's time to repair your car.
Remake my car in the MG ZT 190.
I need to rewrite the ZCS codes. Now ZCS codes Rover 75.
Can't do that as there is no access to the EEprom in the ECM and there is nothing to count codes.
So I turned to Phil(Phil-T4) .
Wanted to buy this software for writing ZCS codes.
I'll have to leave the car in this condition as it is now.
Phil I will not write more, he's not responding to my request.

Good day, everyone.

Although it's a lot easier to use Phil's toolkit to rewrite codes it's not essential, I've been altering ZCS coding far longer than almost anybody else.
It can be done the old way by taking the old ZCS codes, altering them to accommodate the change and calculate the hidden checksums.

I take it you're wanting to alter the vehicle coding from Rover 75 to MG ZT190, have you fitted a 190 engine?

You dont need my toolkit, use TOAF to change the coding in the IPK and EWS, this will cause a mismatch and when you connect the T4 it will detect it and ask you to reconfigure the car.
The EMS should then be checked and the correct tune will be offered for you to update it.

Thanks for the reply.
You have a lot more experience than I in computing these codes.
For me it will be easier to use the program to change the ZCS codes.
Yes absolutely I want to change codes from Rover 75 to MG ZT190.
The engine from the MG ZT190 is already installed on my car.
Installed ECU Siemens(EMS2000) and EWS3 MG ZT 190.

Can you read the existing ZCS codes ?

If you can post them up someone can generate the codes and the checksum for you. Then you just need to carry out the ECM or IPK shuffle with the car to get T4 to throw a wobbler and ask for the ZCS codes with checksum.

Hello Phil.
I apologize to you.
Very glad to see you here.
EMS and EWS is installed on my car from the MG ZT190.
IPK reconfigured. After reconfiguring the ECU using T4 had problems with the BCU and ABS ECU.
In the BCU codes have not changed and stopped working wipers (DTC Wipers Stalled). I need to disable the Traction control and Cruise control as the MG ZT, this is not in the VIN code. Parking system works but T4 this system does not specify the diagnosis.
I would like that the Parking system worked for MG ZT and T4 could see her when connect. The program TOAF you can trust? Will it cope with all this?
That's why I asked you for a program that would change the ZCS codes and what would T4 be able to determine the new configuration of my car.

With Respect
Denis

I thought about this option.
As I will be able to provide ZCS codes? To read the dumps? I do not have access to the eeprom of ecu. As after changing codes I can upload them to the ECU of the car?

As you've already changed the EWS and Siemens 2000 EMS, are you also using the IPK and LSM from your original car or from the ZT190?

The main problem will be if there are any VIN mismatches on the normally non reconfigurable ECU's of the car. (IPK, EWS, Siemens 2000 and LSM) If all those VIN numbers match, then you should be able to configure the other ecu's on T4 without any problem, otherwise it won't

What ZCS codes have you got on the readable ecu's on T4 on the vehicle configuration screen? If you can post them up I'll be able to see what's happening

Russ

IPK and LCM from my car.
VIN number matches on all the units.
But the ZCS codes in the BCU differ from the codes of other units.
Block Parking system T4 does not specify when connecting.
Photo c ZCS codes can provide tomorrow morning.
