Default Hey, Lets be Careful Out There.

Having had my 75 written off on Sunday I thought it a good idea to remind you all. So many drivers have their 'Christmas' head on that we need to be extra careful. The car that hit me was hidden behind another and I never saw it emerging until it hit me! So yeah, be extra vigilant eh?

How are you feeling after the crash? I hope you weren't injured!
It took a couple of days for the aches and pains to set in after my last incident, where a learner decided my very well illuminated and rather noisy MG ZS was invisible...

We're both fine thanks. Car has been inspected and deemed a Cat S (structural) write off. A little haggling and the payout is £1400 and I keep the car, I have to be happy with that (cost £1300 3 yrs ago) Praise for Tesco Bank Insurance, 3 days to the hour since the accident and it's all done and dusted. Many parts to be swapped to the new car, it's exactly the same apart from the registration plate as the old one with 3k less miles and 6 mths younger (54 plate) The cost? £1400 so happy days.

Really sorry to hear your car has been written off.

I'm glad to hear you're not too badly hurt.

I know what you mean about people with their " Christmas head on " as I'm seeing a lot more people blasting about in their cars as if the speed limits have just been raised to infinity!
