Well the replacement relay arrived today & still getting exactly the same problem- no power to fridge pin even with engine under revs.

Running out of ideas for where to look next!

using a multi meter test the 13 pin socket as per this diagram. you may need to scroll down a little

You don't need to rev the engine. The alternator will still produce 14 volts even with the head and dip lights on when ticking over.

Your problem is in the wiring and a high resistance somewhere.

We finally have it working! Turns out the wrong wire was used when it was fitted to give an ignition controlled power feed.
