It's been mentioned a few times The stairs in this old house are really steep & my missus is struggling with her dodgy hip.

Fixed the drippy mixer tap in the kitchen. New valve (smeared with waterproof grease this time). Don't you just hate ceramic discs and hard water! But don't you just love isolation valves with a screwdriver slot (when they work - note to self - go round and give them all a turn or two, back and forth!)
