T4 probably not....
You need a CD with the software on it, that will program your navigation unit.



You can download the software for the BMW MK3 - MK4 here:
http://www.neiloakley.com/

Burn it on a low speed on a CD. Program the unit with the engine running, you don't want an empty battery during programming.

You need the navcoder interface which uses a Kbus conect +ve and -Ve and away you go.

Are these the requisite bits to run navcoder? The current language options are French, German and Italian (Mk4 dvd drive from ebay). Although I can just about get by in French I would prefer the English option I enjoyed with the prior Mk3 drive. Will it be possible to tap into the system via the cd changer plug in the glove box. I'm a bit (very) wary of fiddling with the electrical system. I can make up a plug to fit the cd changer but would be reluctant to break into the wiring directly.
