Default Central locking

Hi Number 6,

I have a problem with the switch on my '54 75 Conn tourer, if yours is OK and you manage to get a new door I would buy it off you.

Regards

Mike

Default central locking

Hi,

As far as I can ascertain it is a micro switch that actuates the locking button, I assume there are two...one to open and one to lock, but single unit. The door locks on the key fob but won't unlock, unlocks with the key so think it is therefore electronic as opposed to mechanical. I don't know what it looks like as I didn't want to remove door card until I had one to hand, door card removal seems to be a bit difficult and things can break!!
Will have a look on forum and see if there is a photo of one.

Many thanks for your time and hopefully a switch.

Regards
Mike

It’s probably easier to change the actuator which is the option most take
