They would approach it indicating right, but hog both lanes then go straight over! Not once, but 3 times in succession. The first time caught me out & I nearly lost my side, but I hung back for the next 2 roundabouts.
I suspect they were on holiday from Bournmouth. They all do that.

Now this really does beeps me off!!!!!! I've seen this a few times in work there was a mini roundabout in Llangefni I waved for the driver on my right too go as it was her right away and she turned round she stalled the car.

Then she went into revere and started back where she was stationed originally.

You can't just fix stupid what so ever.

Her reversing it great just the laws of round about needs too be worked on.

surprised no one got hit.

Biggest surprise is that they actually tried to indicate. Most cars I see at roundabouts don't bother especially if the driver feels that they are going "straight on". They forget it is not for their own gratification but to tell people waiting to enter the roundabout which exit you are taking especially as they may not have seen where you entered.

There needs to be some renewed and close reading of the Highway Code in relation to "hazards" Chris.S.

It infuriates me..

Negotiating a roundabout, you are busy looking ahead, left right and centre and to the rear and to the right, then you get some plonker who just sits there.

WHY oh why do they do this?

Localised blindness or just carelessness?

Personally i would never dream of stopping at a roundabout if the road ahead was clear and nothing was coming.!
My wife does this, drives me insane when I'm with her. Pulls up to the roundabout, stops, then looks to see if anything is coming, rather than just looking as she approaches and then keeping on going if it's clear.

If this is the only thing about your wife that drives you insane, most men would envy you!

Yep, mine does too. Does my head in, although experience tells me not to comment at the time.

Almost as bad as getting stuck behind one of these drivers, is being in the inside lane of a dual carriageway, coming up to a roundabout when one of them is in the outside lane. Approach the roundabout looking in front of the other car, all clear. Coming up to the roundabout, looking through the other car, all clear. About to enter the roundabout....sh!!!t....he's stopping....blind spot....missed car....braaaake..... Oh. No car in blind spot.. Muppet.

The ones that do my head in are the ones who approach roundabouts at warp speed and assume that because they are coming from the right they have right of way. (Not until your on the r/bout sunshine)
