Wheel size V ride
I have Apex alloys on my ZT-T which IMO look great except they could really all do with refurbishment. That is going to cost the best part of £350. For less money I could get 17” wheels with very good tyres attached. The profile of the tyres for 17” wheels will be fatter than for the 18” Apex’s. I am guessing the ride will be softer with the higher profile tyres and with the state of our roads that is what I want. So do I sacrifice style for comfort? Getting old so comfort becoming really important.
Anybody want a fair set of Apex’s with good tyres?

Hello Simon.
I am not sure how much difference changing to 17"s will make, as I'm guessing they will be fitted with either 215 50 17 or 225 45 17. I guess as yours is an auto that it isn't fitted with 325mm front discs? |
