I used the euphemism Trading Standards more as a reference point than in hope unfortunately. The w)hole country is going to the dogs for one thing or another. The only thing that cheers me up is the fact that this club of ours exists. There are more Arthur Daley’s about that would give him a run for his money. There is no light at the end of the tunnel.

You'd need to be a master welder to make that good enough, someone skilled enough to weld a clog iron to a balloon.
