I’ve also found that T Cut is very good for cleaning UPVC window frames.

Being a cheapskate I started with toothpaste, progressed to T-Cut and then did a final polish with Duraglit. It was time consuming, but the lights looked great when I'd finished. On the downside, my arm ached for a week afterwards!
