Default Resprayed flip paint ZS diesel project

Hope it is OK to post this.

It looks like it needs quite a bit doing to it to get it right again!

Edited due to response below. I thought initially this was an original monogram Aurora. It isn't, but looks quite similar in effect.

Just spotted this myself on FB.
Not a monogram from the factory. Was starlight silver originally and an owner a few years back had it resprayed in rage(?) paint.
Found an old advert for it 😆

What 4 years can do to a car.

Thanks for posting the original advert.

Cool

I saw the car three years ago on display at the Mount Edgecumbe car show. The then owner got the right hump when it was pointed out that it wasn’t the original colour.

Good luck with the project.

It's not a car I would buy again. Fit and finish of the last ZS cars was poor.
It can all be improved but the signs were there that they were cost cutting a lot in the final year.
My ZR was slightly better but they did rot. Handling was incredible.
I'm thinking the ZT has faired better as it is based on the 75 which is a much better car.

I can concur with that. I've had a few ZS180's and the earlier models were much better put together, on the facelift you could hear a ting when closing the doors and not the normal clunk on earlier cars.
