Yeah, he couldn't hang around long though, being the support/repair vehicle for the bike thing. Phone numbers exchanged so back in touch again. He's always been into cycles, now working at his hobby. I did that with the guitars but the recession killed it, people didn't have throwing around money. My particular "specialism" was recreating Ritchie Blackmore's Stratocaster(s), upgrade or modify literally everything, internal electrics as per the original including a tone modification circuit made by the guy who made it for Blackmore's guitars and scallop the neck, sanding away a specific shape between the frets. It wasn't a cheap undertaking, parts and labour was about 800 quid (primarily parts) and that didn't include the cost of a "donor" guitar. I won't be doing any more, the guy who made the tone circuit became a good friend but he sadly passed away a few years ago.

Cool

Afternoon all. Cleaned both cars. Filled Banana up with go go juice. Been to Halfords for a few bits.
The Bear needs fuel, so I’ll do that tomorrow.

My neighbour, Marion, bless her bought me 6 beers for cleaning a car last weekend. I’ll have to give them a try later..

The skies have darkened & It's chucking it down here now, It'll save me watering the planters tonight again I've made a chicken fried rice for tea as there was some chicken thighs left over from that Italian herb dish I made yesterday

There was another teaser stream on YT last night for the TSW2 'Spirit of steam' set in 1958 & it looks & sounds awesome

The audio team had full access to a LMS Stanier Jubilee locomotive at the Grand Central Railway since the beginning of the year & the audio is top notch, Cant wait to try it through the PC surround sound system when it's released on the 31st May.

Good morning Richard, what a blow for you to have to endure.

If you can’t get the op when you had expected, ask your GP to refer you somewhere else in the NHS where the operation is done quicker. He’d be looking for an neurosurgical unit different from where you are being followed up.

When you write, you tried to kill yourself last night:

What was the name of the tablets?

How many tablets did you take?

What time did you take the tablets?

Please take care and tell Fiona you have overdosed, get yourself to A&E in case you need to have a stomach wash out and antidote, call an ambulance.

I am sorry Richard to see you are in a dark place again. Remember your family would be devastated if they lost you and they would be screwed up by it for years to come. Left without you, they will suffer more.

Do get professional help.

Morning all,

Richard, please follow Phil's advice as it is the right course to follow.

A lovely start to the day here in Broadland.
I'm off to work soon but hope to get back to see some of the Acle Regatta that is taking place today. It's being held conveniently near to the Acle Bridge Inn
