Default Rear Subframe Bush Measurements

Hello all,
I'm working on having some 75/ZT Rear Subframe Bushes made up, and could do with the measurements if anyone has them.

I need:
The diameter of the bush, without the lip
The depth of the bush
The size of the bolt hole

Any help would be massively appreciated.

Part numbers I'm looking to replace are KHC000181 and KHC000191.

I'll get a few measurements off the subframe I am going to fit & when I remove the old bush from the old subframe I'll check diameter was going to do it & pass the details to Alf as he has been looking for ages for some.

I have a supplier here who can make them up, I may have also found an alternative source. Just need to check sizes, and I can break the good (or bad!) news.

If memory serves me correctly these bushes (and the front subframe ones) were originally made by Avon Industrial Polymers who were based in Chippenham and Bradford on Avon. I've had a search but it looks like they may not be in business anymore. They made lots of stuff for Rover but lost the 25/45 engine mounts to India just before the collapse and probably suffered for it. They may have been bought out and are continuing under another name though. Worth asking around in the business.

Steve.

Excellent info, cheers Steve. I've noted it with the other details I have for the bushes.

AIPL is no longer trading

Looks like they were wound up and merged into Avon Rubber who are on that site
