Default Ukraine/Russia/global warming

So all the Kyota's and Thunderbird's will be seen as so much "hot air" when we are shivering to death? Sorry to be a dismal denis but stupidity gets up my nose. Chris.S.

Shivering to death?

The temperature is expected to get up to 10 degrees C from Friday onward and we were thinking of turning off the central heating!

Why stop at fuel?

ASDA have good stock of toilet rolls at the moment. It's time to go shopping with the Omega estate!

As Russia is a major oil producer, I wonder if this “invasion” is a ploy to force up global oil prices ?

Quite possibly noticed diesel at my local Esso/Tesco Express was at £1.54 a litre, morrisons half a mile along the road had it as £1.48 a litre

no sign of it just now as I filled up. Better say that I only had about 1/4 tank and that was my reason

Does this mean uncle Sam & the EU will now sanction Toyota, Renault, Kia & VW who have car manufacturing plants in Russia?

There will be glitches but the west will learn to make parts elsewhere. Russia can’t afford to run an expensive war for very long, eventually they will run out of money, the sanctions are old ones, the oligarchs will have already have moved their money.

My heart goes out to everyone in the Ukraine, the fear and anxiety they will be going through.
