If they really worked, would you not expect car manufacturers to fit them as standard and claim improved MPG ?

Separating water into 'HHO' ions takes energy (electrical in this case) because you have to break the atomic bonding that holds the molecule water together. So how much energy do you reckon you can get out of HHO by combusting it back into water? Well, since we don't have 100% efficient machines, you'll get perhaps 70% back at best. So basically it's another energy myth. You'll get just as much improvement by adding a few drops of this to your petrol - -

The only thing I can say that I have used that improves mpg on the cars Ive had is Iridium spark plugs. 2 mpg realistically. Not massive but with the price of fuel over a year a good little saving. This was on a ZT 190.

The only real thing that you can use to get more mpg is..............your right foot. Used sparingly, it can make spectacularly more mpg. Try it and see.

There is a company that install these hydrogen devices https://bumpers-farm.cylex-uk.co.uk/...-19242403.html
It would be interesting to speak to some of there customers.
Just put something under the accelerator to restrict its movement, unless you are racing anything over 70% throttle is just waisted fuel.

It says in the eBay advert, use on planes !

I wonder if the device is CAA approved, otherwise it would be illegal to use on aviation applications.
