![]() I fancy a new Snow Foam Lance/Applicator for use with my Nilfisk 150 bar pressure washer for applying snow foam or car shampoo.
I don't mind going up to about £30 inc postage but would prefer to keep away from the £50 end. Can anyone recommend one from personal experience and who supplies it? Thanks in advance. |

![]() No problem, don't forget they have the dual to adjust dilution ratio. May take a while to get it setup how you want in terms of foam thickness

![]() Many thanks to Jordan for his recommendation.
I bought the item and have used it several times now. It works great, leaving a thick blanket of foam. I don't actually use snow foam in it. I use Turtle Wax Professional wax/wash that I buy in 25 litre bottles from Costco. I adjust the applicator to give a thick foam and as a result it takes about half a litre of shampoo per covering. Does anyone know if this is normal? Would it take less if I used proper snow foam? I am not worried about the cost of the shampoo as it costs pennies the way I buy it. I'm just curious as I have never seen snow foam lances used before. Thanks again. ![]() |

![]() I use the above as well. Can't beat it for price. I found that snow foam takes ages to clear from your washing area.
You can put as much shampoo as you want into your bottle and top up with water. You can usually wash the full car and not having to rush round the car before it disappears.Plus it's very cheap to buy as well. |

![]() Not only is the adapter important so is the venturi size. They come calibrated between 1.0 to 2.8. The size depends on the machines water flow rate, get it wrong and it won't lift the chemical. Companies like AXO, G&S Supplies, and Brushrite will supply the correct foam bottle and suitable venturi. Alto in Penrith should supply the manufacturer bottle.
