I cannot see many couples today lasting as long as our Derek And Lillian (58 Years).

Today its all about material things and spending money rather than build a relationship and a nice home.

The fact that she did not have a job and in my opinion did not want one,has probably led to this,I could see it building up for the last year,she is very selfish and always want things even if the money is tight,good job they did not have any children together.

And I will not get the call to take her shopping

I agree with everything you say Steve. We must count our blessings that we have wives that don't love to spend our money on things we don't need lol

My brother had to buy his eldest a car this week as he managed to get a job at hospital 20 miles away as a care assistant in an Alzheimer's Unit. It is the second time the nephews wife had been seeing another man and her with a roving eye, a bit slutty, the nephew has to start a new life. Given what you have said, it looks as though your son is better off away from his lady. Your are there picking up the pieces.
