No, its the vent at the rear of the centre console, between the front seats. Provides fresh (cold) air to the rear seat passengers.

Oh ok I see but the wind noise is clearly coming from the front. When you had the issue with the rear vent, you could hear the wind noise from the front as well ?

I've never had a problem with wind noise, it was this post that mentioned the rear vent wheel.

When you remove a door card there is a sheet of polythene stuck to the door inner face with a non setting mastic, like chewing gum.

It is there to prevent water that gets inside the door from the opening window channels and rubbers entering the cabin side, not too drastic if it is torn when removing it to say repair a lock or window regulator as long as the tear is gaffer taped up.

There are many cars about with these missing or torn but water doesn't affect the modern plastic door cards as it did with the old card type.

I've closed all vents, including the rear one and front "blue and white dot" but it made no difference

The wind noise is definitely coming from the windscreen area (top or pillars) I've gaffer taped the top windscreen from the inside but once again, the wind noise is still here.

I'll put gaffer tape on pillars later.

Shot in the dark here, but! the window regulator cables do have a habit of allowing the glass to drop a touch, worth a gander to eliminate it.
