Morning all. Heavy rain throughout the night. The sun was out this morning but it’s clouding over.

Allen told me about a newly discovered pasty shop in Carkeel, about a mile from me. So I’m off to investigate that this morning.

Morning all, Thank gawd!!! Normal grey wet weather has resumed. I finally got a good nights kip.

Brekkie time now the moggies have been fed. No black pudding though.

Morning all - despite the threats, our 'thunderstorms' last night lasted for only a couple of minutes, and had no real effect on the humidity. Judging by the level in the garage water butt, we didn't have much rain during the night either. At least now, mid morning, it's decidedly cooler, with a refreshing breeze.
