Default Dipped headlamps fail?full beams ok

The dipped headlamps don't work on my rover but the full beam is perfect.

The filaments on the bulbs on the dipped headlamps look in tact.

Can somebody help me please?

(also electric windows from driver side doesn't operate but passengers does and door mirrors operate and a few other hit and miss electrics operate but counter part does not eg, cd player does not but radio does)

It's possbile that both bulbs have failed even thoght they look fine. Do you still have your side lights working? There is no fuse for the headlamps so it's either the bulbs, relay or a problem with the LSM.

The window issue is likely to be a problem with the switch itself as dirt builds up on the pcb, either buy a replacement or sear h for the how to clean the pcb on here, the lights is probably just the bulbs, and the stereo issue what version do you have?
