Widescreen Monitor screen removal?
Good Morning All,
I've now fitted the 16:9 tv module and the bm24 radio unit. My next step is to buy/fit the widescreen monitor which, as you know, I'll have to modify, removing lugs and cutting the top bracket a bit shorter probably. My question is; is it possible/ to remove the screen whilst I'm doing this to reduce the risk of any damage and if so, is it simple to do? Its a lovely morning so.... out with the shampoo and polish: Thanks to all!! Regards

No real need but do plug it in an test it first before you start.
You can unscrew the metal top of the case to remove the metal ears and trim down the mounting points then whilst off the plastic lugs are easy enough to remove in situ remember to use a couple of tea spoons to aid getting in in place |
