Good news, well done on a good result.
Where my son worked it went like this: Q] When is a warranty not a warranty? A] When it’s sold to a customer. Always study the small print. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

You need to be so careful with these warranties, a customer of mine had a warranty on there car that covered them for an additional 12 months after the manufacturers warranty.
2 months before the warranty expired the car lost drive ( Auto ) and it was towed to a recommended garage, the warranty company would only pay 15% of the cost of the repairs due to how close it was to expiring as they had done over 4000 since the warranty had been taken out. The garage were quoting over £1000, they luckily decided to get a second quote and the second garage said they could do the repairs for under £200. The repairs were carried out and it has been fine ever since. There was no mention in the warranty of mileage restrictions. |
