Default Morgan factory visit

Had a great visit to the Morgan car factory a couple of weeks ago First pic is a new Morgan panda car awaiting delivery ,yes I did say panda car .second is the amazing 3 wheeler under construction and the third is an amazing worker cutting the bonnet to size by eye with some shears .well worth a visit everyone also drove a new morgan which was a great experience without all the modern creature comforts such as power steering or any form of radio!

The factory seemed curious why a police force would order one , for publicity at car shows maybe ? There were trainees at the factory to keep the skills alive .

Would love too go and see this place, how do I get there and how much is it too get in.

When I was kid there was a episode of TOTS TV and it featured the Morgan factory and was always intrigued by the builds and kinda started my love for all things cars wise.

Brings back very fond memories.

During my working life I had a couple of wagons and the one foundry I pulled for used to supply parts to Morgan, I went there at least twice a week for many years, I got to know a lot of the blokes working there and quickly learned that during a school visit everyone had their own little hidey hole, it was great to wander round and see cars being built the traditional way with not the fast churn em out system I saw at Ford or BL for example.

Maybe they are trying to resurrect this image from the '60s.
