I have a splendid selection of biscuits and coffee or tea.........most days are ok, if you are super keen I've no work booked on Thursday, or the weekend if weekdays don't suit?

I can testify to the quality of the biscuits and coffee at Saunders towers.

Am pleased to report Brian fixed me up with the remap, and also diagnosed a couple of other problems, like the fan resistor, and I need a new lower engine mounting.

But the most pleasing aspect of the diagnostic was to see just what good condition my £300 banger was in! injectors ok, battery fine, fuel pump is in fact only one pump in the tank, but he tells me they never go wrong! Also fitted the plenum plastic thingy. So many thanks Brian, it was worth the long trip to Geordieland to see you!

Think Brian drove nearly twice as far when I saw him yesterday for tea and biscuits.

Good to catch up again.

As supplied by Jules, the offside plenum shield, stops leaves and other stuff entering the plenum, greatly mitigating the chances of the plenum drains blocking, and the subsequent damage being inflicted on the ECM

I see - thanks.

Btw, is there supposed to be a drainpipe thingy sticking down below the undertray (on both sides)? On mine, rainwater seems to go down the plenum tube and then run along the undertray before it reaches the ground. Seems a bit weird.
