Afternoon all, another wet morning hetre in Northumberland. Yesterday turned out nice and sunny, but breezy. Still we managed to get a wak along the beach. Bound for Holy Island today, then need to take the awning down tonight, we have to be off site by 10.30 tomorrow. Back to the grind for me on Wednesday, although judging by the forecast that could be debatable. Foecast for north England is wet until Friday.

Afternoon all, lousy rainy blustery day here, just preparing tea, roast gammon joint (well half of one it's huge, other half going back in the freezer for another day) roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli, sweetcorn & cauliflower.

Just had the dogs out for a couple of hours, found a nice walk about ten mins from our house.

Good afternoon fellas.

Andy, you inspire me I so need to take a leaf out of your book. I must get out and about a bit more often on some local walks...

You seem to make it all look so enjoyable and easy.

Andy and Deb, I did enjoy looking at the photos of the countryside not far from where you live. I pictured having a paddle in the river on a very hot day and having a picnic along the river bank, roll on summer

I was going through some old photos this afternoon and here is one I took 2 years ago in May 2016. It makes me smile every time I see it. Mum and baby rush to the spring to play in it and drink the cool and clean waters .....

Afternoon Phil.

Sorry for late reply but been busy taking up carpet and runs to the tip with said carpet and old radiator etc.

Was going to paint the skirting boards after but the old underlay pretty much turned to dust on removal. So I will leave it till later when the dust has settled and the vac cleaner has done it's job

Typical Bank Holiday really

Is your iphone up to date on the IOS Phil?

If it is then I would suggest clearing down the ram memory on the phone.

From Google...
Hold down the power button until the “slide to power off” option appears on the device's display. 3. Next, release the power button, and then hold down the home button for roughly five seconds. And just like that — poof — the iPhone's memory, or RAM, is refreshed.

If it is any consolation my Iphone6 is now running like its in thick soup!
Done all the above and it just isn't quick to respond anymore. A case of built in obsolescence me thinks
Time for an upgrade soon for me. Just got to put a few bob aside first

Afternoon all, the wind & rain have ceased and looking like a nice evening.

I've been on Train Sim World on Shunting duties this afternoon on a class 09 on the west Somerset railway

OOOooooo! tough shout! I'm subscribed to a few 00 gauge channels and the set-up's they have are fantastic.

I've been well made up with the Train Sim World games I must admit, the games are a bit on the expensive side to buy but the graphics are out of this world, same as the picture I put up.

I never had a computer powerful enough to play these until just recently, the VDU card alone cost three times more than my last PC
