Default Expansion Tank spinning bolt

What are you supposed to do when the nut on the underside of the expansion tank has fused itself to the bolt, meaning it just turns in its home in the plastic.

Do I need to saw off the lug, remove, then get a replacement tank?

I see the new ones are now made in China, I wont be going down that route, but a 2nd hand one with a good nut would be handy!

Always feature on E bay - the beige ones are up very often - its the original black tanks that only come up infrequently.

Ross first try cutting the head off the bolt with a Dremmel with a disc cutter on it, then you can push drift the bolt out or it may even drop out, add a new nut super glued into place in the recess, then a nice new clean 6mm thread bolt.
