Default Rover 75 diesel auto gear knob

Hi all,

My auto gear knob has seen better days, the leather has peeled off.

What solutions do I have ? The interior of my car is black so wood effect won't be any good.

Do BMW ones fit ?

Pete.

There are a couple of options in the Rimmer Bros clearance section

I am about to do the same. I have bought a replacement but wondering how to "disengage" the gaiter from the gear stick before I attempt to pull it out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi

The gaitor stays put. Just put gear lever into neutral and pull sharply straight up. Gear lever comes off ...gaitor stays where it is. Beware not to...A give yourself a black eye or B knock rear view mirror off. Takes a bit of force and then suddenly comes off.
