The oLD QUESTION OF Front Lower arms
Did the Rear Bushes last year , but planning ahead for the lower arms..
What's the experiences peeps have with particular makes.. and how long are they lasting. My NS is still on its original at nearly 150k so probably getting tired ... But the OS is on its 3rd arm after the OEM was replaced unnecessarily in 2014. Cheers Chris

I was thinking the same, mine are originals too and at 15 years old with 140k it may soon be the time when they start to rattle.
With originals costing upwards of £160 each from Rimmers I would probably go with Delphi and fit powerflex poly bushes, the garage my son works at only use Delphi suspension parts if the owners don't want genuine items. If not then Mat at DMGRS has the full kit including the bushes at £179.99 + p&p HERE |

Hi Chris.
Have you tried the Unipart arm I think I read that someone had good results from them https://unipartautostore.com/car-par...ms-joints.html

That unipart one seems a decent price, not sure on the warranty but probably of little use for the reason mentioned later.
So far the OS has had an arm from Rimmer's that lasted about 14k miles before failing, since then it's been on a QH one so far at 17k ish miles it's got a tiny knock.. compared to the NS that is original at 148k these after markets are obviously very substandard. And the seemingly best warranty 2 yrs on the qh is in practice pretty worthless as its almost 3 years old.

TRW seem pretty good from different people who have had parts of all types from them.
