Key fob refurbish
Hi all I need the best person to refurbish my connie fob,buttons have dropped out.I bought a fob of e-bay £3 but you get what you pay for,the only thing that worked was the locking,it would not open,also it stopped ignition.

Remote central locking
My remote locking key fob only unlocks the two back doors it dose however lock all the doors Also the interior lock dose not lock or unlock the two front doors,
It’s on a 2004 75 CDTI saloon connoisseur can anyone advise how to fix the issue. |

Did you transfer the little transponder chip over?

The transponder chip is the only thing that would effect ignition/starting if all was well before.
Are you sure you didn't damage it in any way when you swapped it over? |

Make sure you have your key with you, not left in the car when you re-connect. Hi thanks for the info. I put all items back into the old fob and they work. I need to get the old fob refurbished new buttons, I dont want to go on and on trying different things and wasting time and money +also i would need to get the new fob blank cut into a new key.
