Default Fuel pressure gauge sought

Having great problems trying to find to buy a pressure gauge that will connect onto the Schrader valve on the end of the fuel rail. Found one which specifically mentions "Schrader" in the description, but then says "does not have the 'tyre valve' size adaptor in the kit" and I'm pretty sure that's what we have on the 75.
Connecting onto the Schreader valve is the obvious way to check fuel pressure, I don't want to be splitting the line and bodging on temporary connections. Surely there must be the proper kit available, but whose and where?

This will also work

The Schrader valve used in the pressure release valve on the KV6 fuel rail is dimensionally identical to a TR414 valve used in car tyres, so any cheap pencil type tyre pressure gauge will work.

In which case can I assume that any gauge which includes reference to being suitable for Schrader / GM / Chrysler will also connect to our Rovers? Can't work out how to post the link, but I'm looking at, on ebay, the "US PRO Tools Automotive Fuel Pressure Tester Kit, Set NEW 5835".

Brian

The problem in using a standard tyre pressure gauge is holding it position, I'm working alone.

My concern over the kit mentioned in my last post is that it states it doe NOT have the connection for the tyre valve, hence my concern as you confirm that the fuel rail valve IS the same as a tyre valve.

I have in the past seen tyre pumps where the pipe SCREWS onto the valve, so will have ot look for one of these and make up a connection to an old pressure gauge.
Shouldn't be necessary, there must be a propriatory item available somewhere. Perhaps I'll check what BigRuss uses if I have to seek his help.
